The Grey Matters Travel Experience
I was bitten by the travel bug at an early age and enjoy planning a trip almost as much as the trip itself. My career for the last 15 years has been working with Older Adults, currently as a Social Services Manager and previously as an Executive Director for an assisted living facility. I finally decided to combine my two passions and Grey Matters Travel was born.
I was bitten by the travel bug at an early age and enjoy planning a trip almost as much as the trip itself. My career for the last 15 years has been working with Older Adults, currently as a Social Services Manager and previously as an Executive Director for an assisted living facility. I finally decided to combine my two passions and Grey Matters Travel was born.
I had heard one too many people tell me "they were too old to travel", "their kids didn't think it would be safe", or "I wouldn't be able to get around". At Grey Matters Travel age nor mobility are limitations that should keep you from traveling. I have ample experience planning and executing solo and group travel for people of all abilities. Most recently, I brought my grandma on a 2 week road trip for her 96th birthday. Many of my family members didn't think she could handle a trip like that but with the right planning anything is possible. She told me the trip made her feel alive and was so grateful she was able to have the experience. I've also assisted an 85yr old on a week cruise, a 72yr old on a 10 day road trip throughout Norway, and multiple group outings while working at the Assisted Living Facility. Additionally, I am a certified Accessible Travel Advocate and would love to assist you make your dream trip a reality.

I have backpacked for a month through Thailand, spent time relaxing at a tropical all-inclusive resort and everything in between. I am an outdoor enthusiast that has backpacked/hiked many miles in the wilderness and can help plan a more adventurous trip if that's what you enjoy.
While assisting Older Adults might be my passion, I am happy to book travel for all ages.
